SPECIAL ORDER PRICING
Prices on special order items is approximated. We post a price next to special order items in order to give you an idea of what you may expect to pay. PRICES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE ACTUAL PIECE YOU ORDER, THE GLASS ART THAT IS INCORPORATED INTO IT, PRECIOUS METAL MARKET FLUCTUATIONS AND THE WEIGHT OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

OUR POLICY
We will refund your money less S/H and insurance cost if you are dissatisfied with our product. All we ask of you is that you return your purchase to us in its original condition within seven (7) days of receiving it. Special orders are not returnable. We require a deposit of half the quoted price of a special order before we begin working on it. When placing a special order please keep in mind that the nature of hand made art is that there may be some variation in size and shape of the finished products. We will be glad to email you a picture of the finished product before we ship it to you.

New York State Residents are required to pay sales tax on their purchases.

Buyer pays shipping. All items will be insured and shipped via UPS once payment is received. Shipping options available:
$16.00 UPS 2nd Day Air
$10.00 UPS Ground

Please note that the shipping prices are for continental USA. We will happily ship to any International and non continental USA buyer. For all non-continental USA the final shipping cost will be calculated before shipment and verified with the buyer. When possible we will combine shipping on multiple orders.

PayPal. All major credit cards are supported through paypal. -- A PayPal account is not needed to pay through PayPal, simply a credit card.

Money Orders are also accepted. We will cover all shipping costs for any purchased paid by money order.

Shipment will only occur after payment is received.
