IN OUR SIGNATURE COLLECTION ARE AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER ONLY.
FINISHED PIECES, that are CURRENTLY IN STOCK,
are marked 'AVAILABLE'. The pieces that we showcase as 'Special
Order' were commissioned in the past. We display them in order to allow
you the opportunity to view some of our past designs and give you an idea of
what we can offer you.
ALL OUR DESIGNS ARE INDIVIDUALLY CRAFTED IN OUR STUDIO. In
order to create a solid piece that will stand the test of time all components
are soldered including the bead attachments and clasp attachments
unless otherwise stated in the description. The glass lampwork beads
that we incorporate into our designs are ONE OF A KIND, handmade glass art,
crafted one at a time by some of the best American glass artists. WE WILL MAKE
EVERY EFFORT TO OFFER YOU A SIMILAR BEAD OR ONE THAT WE FEEL MAY BE COMPATIBLE
TO THE SPECIFIC DESIGN YOU ARE INTERESTED IN. We will gladly send you

THE PRICE ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS IS APPROXIMATED. We post a
price next to special order items in order to give you an idea of what you may
expect to pay. PRICES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE ACTUAL PIECE YOU ORDER,
THE GLASS ART THAT IS INCORPORATED INTO IT, PRECIOUS METAL MARKET FLUCTUATIONS
AND THE WEIGHT OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. Two major factors, which effect
the final pricing of our art are the fact that soldering close to glass is an
extremely costly and time-consuming process and that most of the one of a kind,
handmade, glass lampwork beads and pendants that we use are extremely pricey
and hard to get. We make every effort to give you as much information as possible
about each piece in our collection because we understand how difficult it is
to purchase any object without physically seeing it.
PLACING A SPECIAL ORDER
When placing a special order please provide us with as much pertinent information
as possible. Let us know your price range and the measurements, material and
components you wish us to use. In order for us to better serve you it
is important that you include your full name, address, phone number and email
address and OUR ITEM NUMBER for the piece or the specific style you are referring
to, Please keep in mind that the nature of 100% HANDMADE ART
is that THERE MAY BE SOME VARIATION IN THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCTS,
We will gladly email you a picture of the finished piece before we ship it to
you. ANY AND ALL OF THE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING
YOUR ORDER WILL BE ADDRESSED BY US BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED. Once
all aspects of the order are clear we will supply you with a final price quote.
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for our reply to your inquiry.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF HALF THE
QUOTED PRICE OF A SPECIAL ORDER BEFORE WE BEGIN WORKING ON IT.
